The Marlin Shikoku oil tanker is making its way to Libya's Marsa El Hariga terminal, according to Refinitiv Eikon shipping data.Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) on Saturday lifted force majeure on what it deemed secure oil ports and facilities.NOC is yet to specify the ports and oilfields where it is lifting force majeure, but restart procedures are underway at some locations following a blockade that began in January which crippled the OPEC member's oil production."We are waiting for NOC to give a schedule of tankers and we are ready to export," an oil engineer at Hariga told Reuters.

The Duty Flight Surgeon was consulted and a medevac was recommended.Initially 530 miles south of Unalaska Island, Morning Peace proceeded toward Dutch Harbor throughout the night to close the distance. A Coast Guard aircrew launched from Cordova at 8:30 p.m.

A panel set up by Royal Caribbean Group and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd said on Monday it had submitted a report to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) detailing health and safety protocols, hoping to set sail again after a long halt due to the COVID-19 pandemic.The cruise operators detailed 74 steps, including enhanced sanitation practices, controlling shore excursions and better protection for crew members, to protect guests should they begin sailing again.Recommendations also include rigorous screening and testing before boarding, plans to address positive infection on board, rapid evacuation and reducing transmission, the companies said.
