BGRS (Blast Grit Recovery Systems)

Blast Grit Recovery Systems (BGRS) is a company specializing in the development and manufacturing of equipment designed for the recovery and recycling of abrasive blast media. This type of equipment is essential in various industries, such as shipbuilding, steel fabrication, construction, and maintenance, where abrasive blasting is used for surface preparation and cleaning.

BGRS systems help in reducing the environmental impact of abrasive blasting by recovering and reprocessing the spent abrasive material, thereby minimizing waste and promoting sustainability. These systems are designed to efficiently separate usable abrasive from dust and debris, ensuring that the recovered material is clean and suitable for reuse. This not only reduces the cost associated with purchasing new abrasive but also helps in maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.

Key offerings from BGRS typically include:

  1. Portable Recovery Systems: Designed for mobility, these systems can be easily transported to different job sites, making them ideal for fieldwork and on-site projects.

  2. Fixed Recovery Systems: These are stationary installations tailored to integrate with large-scale blasting operations, often found in industrial facilities.

  3. Dust Collectors and Separation Units: Essential for ensuring that the recovered abrasive is free from contaminants, these units play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the blast media.

  4. Custom Solutions: BGRS often provides tailored systems that meet specific needs of different clients, ensuring optimal performance for unique operational requirements.

By using BGRS equipment, companies can achieve significant cost savings, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce the environmental impact of their blasting processes.
