AeroGo Inc

AeroGo Inc. is an American company that specializes in the design and manufacture of innovative load-moving systems. It was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The company is well-known for pioneering the use of air caster technology, which allows for the easy and efficient movement of heavy objects.

Key Products and Solutions:

  1. Air Casters and Air Skids: These products use a thin film of air to lift and move heavy loads with minimal friction. They are especially useful in environments where traditional wheeled transport would be impractical or damaging.

  2. Transporters: AeroGo offers various transporter systems that are built around air caster technology. These transporters are designed to move heavy machinery, equipment, or other large and weighty items within manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and other industrial settings.

  3. Custom Solutions: Recognizing that every operation has unique needs, AeroGo provides custom-engineered solutions tailored to specific applications and industries.

Industries Served:

  • Manufacturing: Ideal for moving heavy machinery and production equipment.
  • Aerospace: Used for the precise positioning and transport of aircraft components.
  • Energy and Utilities: Suitable for transporting heavy generators, turbines, and other large-scale equipment.
  • Automotive: Employed in moving vehicle assemblies and large auto parts.
  • Cleanrooms and Laboratories: Their systems are beneficial for environments that require contamination control.

Benefits of AeroGo's Solutions:

  • Reduced Labor: Their load-moving systems can replace the need for multiple workers, thereby reducing labor costs.
  • Enhanced Safety: By minimizing manual handling, AeroGo's products help reduce workplace injuries.
  • Versatility: Their systems can be adapted to move a wide range of items across various industries.
  • Minimized Floor Wear: Unlike wheeled transport, air casters exert less pressure on floors, minimizing wear and tear.
  • Precision Movement: The low-friction movement allows for precise positioning of heavy loads.

Innovation and Quality:

AeroGo Inc. is committed to innovation and quality, continually developing new products and improving existing ones to meet the evolving demands of modern industries. They place a strong emphasis on R&D and customer feedback to drive their innovations.

Global Reach:

While the company is based in the United States, it serves a global market. They have a network of distributors and partners worldwide, allowing them to support international customers.

Sustainability:

AeroGo's technology also contributes toward sustainability goals by reducing energy consumption compared to traditional load-moving methods. Their solutions often replace forklifts and other fuel-intensive machinery, thereby lowering the carbon footprint.

Customer Support and Training:

AeroGo provides comprehensive customer support, including consultation, installation, and training services to ensure that their clients can fully leverage their load-moving solutions.

Overall, AeroGo Inc. is a leader in load-moving technology, offering versatile, efficient, and innovative solutions that help industries improve their operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
